Logan Johnson has been named Head Assistant/Pitching Coach
for the Webster University Baseball team. The 2010 season will
be Johnson's second on Head Coach Bill Kurich's staff.
In 2009, Johnson helped with a Gorlok pitching staff that led the
SLIAC in six categories including ERA, strikeouts, and wins in a
perfect 24-0 conference season. Gorlok pitchers finished 2009
ranked 34th nationally in ERA and 20th in strikeouts per nine
innings in the NCAA Division III.
Logan graduated from Webster University in 2008 with a
bachelor's degree in Elementary Education after transferring from
Danville Area Community College. He was a captain on the 2008
NCAA Regional runner up squad and a member of the 2007 and
2008 SLIAC regular season and tournament championhip teams.
Coach Johnson is a native of Memphis, TN.
