Webster golf alums gathered at Tapawingo National GC this Saturday for the 1st Annual Alumni Cup Matches.  The event pitted alumni from across many years against the 2009 Golf team.  Eleven alumni participated in the event which was played over all 27 holes at the golf course and included best-ball, alternate shot, and singles matches.

Beautiful conditions marked the day and the alumni team hoisted the Alumni Cup after a strong showing against their younger counterparts.  "It was a great opportunity for both old and young to get to know each other," said head coach Andrew Belsky, also an alum, "I think we all had fun and I really hope we can repeat this event for years to come."
