The success of the Webster University softball team was reflected in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference post-season honors for the 2010 season. Head softball coach Chris Eaton, was named the SLIAC Coach of the Year and seven Gorloks were selected to the SLIAC All-Conference Teams. In addition,
Jessica Arcangel (FR. St. Lucy's Priory, CA) was chosen the SLIAC 2010 Newcomer of the Year.
Eaton led the Gorloks to their fourth straight SLIAC regular season title, with a 14-2 record, and a 24-13 record overall. Arcangel was fourth in the SLIAC in batting average, first in runs, and tied for second in RBIs. She batted .435 on the year, 10th on Webster's single season all-time high list, and was second on the team with four home runs and 37 RBIs.
