Webster University men's golf had a strong showing in the team's qualifying rounds at Sunset Country Club in St. Louis, and Roland Barkau Golf Course in Okawville, IL, on August 18, 19, and 23.  Ten Krobteeranon (FR, American School of Bangkok, Thailand) managed to edge out Kyler Scott (SO, Culver Academy, IN) and Robby Meeh (SR, Lindbergh HS, STL) for low score.  Scott and Meeh were St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference 2010 First Team All-Conference members.

Krobteeranon, one of five newcomers to the squad, shot a 298 for the four rounds, followed by Scott's 304 and Meeh's 305.  Steve Kinsman (SO, Archbold HS, OH) followed in fourth with a 313 and Dan Klipsch (SO, Joliet Catholic, IL) was fifth with a 317.

Dan Greiner (JR, Christian Brothers HS, STL) and Dakota Street (SO, Eldorado HS, IL) were next with 321.  Kaleb Kessler (FR, Sparta HS, IL), J.T. Beckmann (FR, Duchesne HS, STL), and Drew Noble (FR, Lakewood HS, CA) rounded out the top ten.

The qualifier is used to establish a team playing order for the start of the fall season events.  The playing order is then determined by match results for the remainder of the schedule.

The top five scores, round by round and total:

Ten Krobteeranon 75-73-77-73 - 298
Kyler Scott               79-72-80-73 - 304
