Since it's grand opening in 1992 Grant Gymnasium has served as the home for Gorlok Athletics. The facility holds games for Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball, and Volleyball along with numerous other Athletic Department events and student activities.
Since their arrival in Grant Gymnasium the Webster University Women's Basketball Team has a home record of 83-92 with a SLIAC home record of 51-56.
