The Webster University Athletic Hall of Fame was established to honor those who reflect the athletic department mission of success in the classroom, community and the competitive arena. Former players, coaches and other individuals who have made significant contributions and brought honor to the athletic program are eligible for selection to the Athletic Hall of Fame.
The inaugural class of outstanding individuals was honored January 30, 2010 during the halftime of the Men's Basketball game vs. MacMurray College.
A board comprised of alumni, former athletes and university administrators select honorees from nominations. Nominations can be made by anyone, and may be submitted using the online form below.
Induction Eligibility
Individual players, teams, coaches, Boosters are eligible
Those nominated to the Hall of Fame must have:
- Attended Webster University and be a graduate thereof.
- Graduated from Webster at least five years prior to their selection.
- Demonstrate excellent Academic achievements
- Made an excellent record in an intercollegiate sport while in attendance at Webster and/or subsequent to attending.
- Made a significant contribution in their chosen profession since their departure from Webster University.
- Demonstrate significant lifelong contributions to society, community or athletics through service and leadership.
